What's wrong with my 2004 Nissan frontier 2.4 4cyl?

I went to change my spark plugs, and before I pulled any out, I found 1 full of oil. The other 3 are dry. Please help.

    Replace the valve cover seal and plug seals.  Not hard to do.

    Leaky valve cover seal.

    The valve cover needs to come off and the spark plug tower seals replaced.

    is the oil in the cylinder as in it  was running on 3 the electrode covered in oil or is the plug tube full of oil hence the rocker cover to plug tube o ring is leaking

    cracked head gasket OR intake manifold gasket ...........   DO a compression test ...................
