Computer Aided Design?
Can you be a good at computer aided designer if you have use of only one hand? I'm currently a good graphic designer but i know CAD involves meausuring and sketching I just dont know to what degree. Is most of it done via computer or is a fair portion done with pencil and paper?

I would imagine it would take slightly longer although verbal assist could improve that. But otherwise most of the operation should take you no longer or impede your ability to be good (whatever that is).
As to whether you work with pen and pencil that is largely up to you. I prefer to use them when beginning a project simply because it is quicker for me.
