My iPhone X battery health is down 95% in just two weeks.  Is this normal?

I bought a brand new, sealed iPhone X on eBay about two weeks ago and the battery health is already down to 95%.  It was at 100% when I first received it.  Is this normal?  I have not stored it in a hot car/room, and I'm not on it 24/7.  It's only my second iPhone, so I'm not sure how the battery health is supposed to work.

Here's something you could have found, yourself. I'll give it to you so you'll know how Apple is taking your money.

Well you have to consider that the iPhone X was produced between late 2017 to mid 2018. Apple ended production of the iPhone X early because it wasn't selling well. Given the time it might have sat in the box, would have been enough time for the battery to degrade a little bit.

Either that or the seller, or the distributor the seller bough it from, found a gently used iPhone X that looked brand new and they resealed the packaging to make it look new.

My iPhone 8 Plus is down to 90% battery health. I don't run a lot of apps but I get a lot of phone calls and I use the internet browser.
