try a load of different things until one of them really REALLY resonates with you, (things we havnt even considered can turn out to be a hidden passion) or you are really good at it, or ideally both, if you do that and cant find whats for you, pick the best of the ones u tried.
I think enthusiasm in the primary factor (it also has a chance for success because of that desire to do it and do it well)
Source(s): its more enthusiasm than talent BUT also some ppl r good at certain things and not at others so consider both factors (not bad adapted form david d but improved I feel, I added the natural ability to the passion variable as a multiplier and a bit more)
