Will my wife let me have sex with our next door neighbor?

My wife and I have been married for a year and I love her. I want to ask her if she will do a three-some with me and our neighbor or if she will watch me and her. Do you guys think this is a good idea, or should I do it behind her back. I really don't know what type of sexual adventures my wife does because she's white and from a strict family. The next door woman is also white but has tattoos and is younger than my wife. I want to have sex with her whether my wife lets me or not. How do you guys think I should go about this?
