Why dont I see myself alive in 10 years?

1. If you're still alive, that's a good sign.

2. If you have mental and emotional issues, I suggest trying to talk to a loved one like a family member or just someone who cares for you like a friend! If no one is available, then try calling a warm line. It might help you. If you have money or medical insurance, you could also try to go to therapy or a licensed psychologist to talk about your problems and or how to cope with them! Good luck!

3. Go to a physical doctor as well and see if they can help you with any health issues you may be facing.

4. Again, yeah, good luck out there. It's tough. Not everyone is nice and or will care about you! Realistically you should be able to rely on family (and if lucky, friends as well)... otherwise, you're almost always on your own and maybe that is teaching you to be more self reliant and responsible!

You literally gave us no info. What is your lifestyle like? Maybe you feel like that because you feel like you could die from an overdose of some kind or a sports accident. Maybe you have ocd and feel like you will get in a car accident and die. Are you afraid? Do you just not picture yourself living a life that someone would live who is ten years older than you? What's really going on???
