How do I write the equation in Excel?

So,

Cell A1 =K  Cell B1=Omega Cell C1=t Cell D1=f(t)

I’m suppose to build the equation f(t)=8e^-kt *Cos(Omega*t) in cell D2

I keep putting

=8*EXP^(-A1*C1)*COS(B1*C1)

I’m suppose to get 8 in Cell D2 but I keep getting “#NAME” so obviously I’m doing something wrong with my equation I’m just not sure what :/

Update:

Sorry also

Cell A2 =0.5

Cell B2=3

Cell C2=0.0

Remove '^'.  EXP is your function.

(it was just a guess but confirmed when I copied it in)
