In all likelihood, never. The coronavirus is not going away and precautions will be necessary for the foreseeable future... at least 2-3 years.

I don’t think we will ever return back to normal. The mask thing may take up to a full year even after the vaccine to disappear. I can see masks being mandatory in some places during flu season. Concerts, plays/musicals, etc are going to be among the last things to return because they’re just not
mandatory and don’t really do that much for the economy. If broadway is open is a year from now, I’ll be very impressed.
