Homophobia is a gate toward gays. I think you’re looking for the word transphobia. But I’m not sure. I think it’s a matter of opinion

Homophobia only exists in the minds of folk that are unable to accept that others disagree with their life style.

homophobia is a sub-category of, intolerance and hate............

Some of it is similar to sexism in the sense that it can involve despising people for not conforming to gender stereotypes in a particular area of life, but it isn't sexism per se.

No, but both women and gay men need to do what they’re told when given instructions by straight men.

The more I think on it the more I see it could be considered a sub-category, as most homophobic thought falls along gender roles and gender binary. At the very least like they're highly overlapping circles in a Venn Diagram.

I'm thinking of arguments like "it's just not natural" where ppl focus mostly on lack of procreative possibilities, but at the same time I think a lot of that argument seems to an after-the-fact one made to justify some people's feelings of "weird."

    Both are sub-categories of ignorance/bigotry.

No, not really? There is usually some overlap between ideas, though. Like "people" who think homosexuality is wrong because of strict gender role BS like "women are supposed to be for men" or "who do cleaning if no woman??"
