Military regulars, if Trump didn't call veterans losers, then why doesn't he sue the Atlantic for libel?

I didn't find a clip where he actually said it, so I was wondering, if he didn't say it well he could surely sue them.

What do you think? Should he sue the Atlantic for slander?

    there were verifiable sources and Trump realizes this.

    well, funnily enough,  his personal lawyer is in jail......for lying...and covering up Trump's other crimes. 

    Probably not wise to task him with trying to prove your innocence.

    The plaintiff must demonstrate actual / tangible harm.

    If the plaintiff is a public official, the plaintiff must prove actual malice, that the defendant knew the information was untrue or acted with reckless disregard for its truth - New York Times Co v Sullivan.
