how to gauge a women interest first meeting?

im 25 and i would say i do pretty well with women. my friends say my approach is good and girls are looking at me when we are at bars, so i believe i attract women. when i approach these girls at bars i basically go up to them ask them there name then tell them my name and then tell them "im bout to leave so let me get your snapchat" if they dont have a snap chat ill ask for the phone number. i never accept a ig. i tell them i dont accept that or maybe something like i like your tattoos and ask for there info looking them in there eyes they always smile or what not. my buddies say im not making long conversation and im not making a impression on them. what do you think ? im also asking this because im not getting text back 80% of the numbers or snaps im getting.i want everyone response but really wanna hear what the girls have to say. i really think these girls are attracted to me physically but yeah
