Are theology and philosophy interdisciplinary fields?

    They are divided into two fields, telogy is an experience of life lived with God!

    Philosophy are stories told by Atheists, without any value!

    They certainly have things in common.  At the seminary I went to, Catholics needed a degree in Philosophy before doing one in Theology.  Anglicans needed about 10% of their courses on the Theology program to be in Philosophy.  They are not the same though; there are differences as well.

    For me it is. My pastor was a Philosophies of Education professor from Stanford University. So, philosophy was integrated expertly. Whether a pastor knows it or not, they are integrating philosophy into what they teach, and none were better at it than Dr. Gene Scott.

    They *can* be.   It depends on how they are taught and what one's objective is.
