    If that were the case, your gynecologist would have seen signs of it during an exam.  You do not necessarily feel pain with Early ovarian failure, but, you would have symptoms that correlate.  Absence of your period is not a legitimate reason to believe you have ovarian failure.  You need to go see your gynecologist for a full pelvic examination including a sonogram to see exactly what's going on within your reproductive system.  Stop trying to self diagnose, that is possibly the worst thing to do in this situation.  The doctor is the only person that can give you an accurate diagnosis.  Random strangers over the internet cannot possibly render any medical judgement here.
