Drink Pineapple juice or eat Pineapple. The fruit contains an enzyme called bromelain which softens your uterine lining. It helped my period come.

Starving yourself will stop your periods, your Doctor will tell you to start eating normally.

There is no food that will make your period come.

If you are pregnant and that's why you have no period, nothing you eat will end the pregnancy.

If you do not eat enough and that's why you have no period, eating a healthy recovery diet with enough calories will restore your periods, but it could take months.

If you have an eating disorder, this would be the most logical reason why your menstrual period has stopped.  Once you go back to optimal health (with the assistance of your doctor and a nutritionist), you will more than likely get your period back on track.
