Eat too much stomach ache what to do ?

I feeling bloated

I ate abit of noodles  and my dad bought pasta hr ask me to eat now stomach ache  eat until to full :(

    Be mindful not to do that in the future, if you want to avoid stomach pain. You'll just have to wait it out.

    The simplest way to get the food moving through your system is to drink lots of water.  Just don't overdo it.
