is regular usps mail taking longer?

Something was mailed out from NH on the 10th going to TX, just regular paper mail and still hasnt arrived. Are there still delays? Its been 3 days already

    I mailed over 120 items in the past 8 weeks, three took longer than normal.

    Texas has always been slow to me. Anything from texas takes and extra day or two versus the rest of the country. (I live in AL)
