Is my heart rate too low? ?
I have noticed at times my heart rate drops below 60bpm. It can be 55bpm when I’m sat down. I can notice it when it goes that slow because my heart beat doesn’t feel like it’s beating as fast as normal. Yesterday for example I was at the pub sat down and it was 59- 62bpm when I was out with friends!
I do have health anxiety so am quite aware of my heart and it’s pace. Also I’m 6ft 2, 20 year old, slim ( about 75kg)Should I be worried? Thanks!

If you're a serious athlete, that may be acceptable, but if not you may have bradycardia, which may not be serious, but best checked by a physician, not us.

It's possible for a heart rate to be dangerously low, but what you experience doesn't qualify. My resting heart rate has been 48-54 most of my adult life, and no doctor worries about it.
Edit: And no, I'm not an athlete.
