No he is not. What is the reality is that America is the developed  countries with the highest level of ignorant people in the world. Many people think the coronavirus is a political hoax, so they don't wear mask and social distancing is again the freedom of choice, as a result people suffer the consequences of theirs reckless behaviors. Trump doesn't say to people no to wear mask, but he knows many of his followers are ignorant and they like the fact that he is not asking them to wear a mask.

I think "mass negligent homicide" is more accurate.  If Trump had managed the pandemic as well as Canada it would have saved about 110,000 lives.  If he had managed as well as Germany, 160,000. No. The Democrats murder the unborn to the tune of at least 330,000 a year. And Cuomo sent older people into a Covid infected building(s) to die from Covid. So . . . maybe that's not the best argument to bring up.

Yes, because depraved indifference homicide is second-degree murder and, at the very least, criminally negligent homicide is third-degree murder. At least 60,000 COVID-19 deaths have been attributed to him, and that was back when the total amount was just approaching 100,000, so his body count is even higher now.  At best that negligent homicide, making him a third-degree murder, and at worst, that's depraved indifference homicide, making him a second-degree murderer.

Coronavirus is in every country and every country has had people die. By your logic even liberals heroes like Merkel are "mass murderers"
