Should trans people be included in gay culture? Or should they just have their own thing?
If a man transitions to a women, then becomes a woman then starts dating guys. She is not gay. Same with women who transition to men that date women. They are no longer gay. So trans ppl shouldn’t be recognized with us! Trans ppl are straight.

You have a very strange definition of culture!
People are people, and the people I know who are trans are all individuals.
Also, who are "us"? It sounds like you are confusing gay with LGBT+.
If you want to study your history you'll find you wouldn't have the freedoms you have if it wasn't for activist trans people - we're far better together not ghettoised!

Interesting argument. I have always felt that trans people are who they say they are—either a woman or a man—and NOT a “former woman” or “former man.” As such, I suppose you’re right in that a trans woman who is attracted to men is straight. I’ve never really looked at it from that viewpoint. I think the tendency to include them in the LGBTQ+ community is because they meet the criteria of falling under the much larger umbrella of “sexual anomalies.” I personally have no problem with including trans people in our community because they have lived through much of what gay and lesbian people have lived through; we share much of the same experiences.

There re gay trans people. A trans man that is attracted to men and a trans woman that is attracted to women is gay. None of that really matter though because trans people do belong with gay (and bi, pan, ace etc) people. Its a group for romantic, sexual and gender minorities. No need or reason to kick trans people out.

Its lgbt and that is not changing anytime soon. The vast majority of us would never dream of abandoning our trans siblings. We stand shoulder to shoulder with them.

I am a "intersexual" (Klinefelter syndrome) and I refuse to join the LBGT movement!
So of course I do not think they represent the transsexuals' either. I was told I needed to transition decades ago (either by taking male hormones or taking female ones along with reassignment operations). Which is something I did not do. But some transsexuals were intersexual just like I am. The changing to a binary just is not actually a solution. The LBGT community messed them up and denied them the right to be themselves.

"Trans ppl are straight."
No. More than half of trans people are LGB.
"If a man transitions to a woman"
Another misconception. Men don't become women or vice-versa. Most people are born with a gender identity programmed into their brain that matches their body, transsexual people are not, that's what transsexualism is, a birth condition. This leads to a life of pain and misery as their body feels profoundly wrong and nobody ever sees or treats them as the gender they truly are. When a trans person transitions they are affirming their inborn gender identity, not changing it.

It's not as simple as that. Many trans people ARE gay/lesbian. Their gender is not related to their sexuality.

In fact, transgender and homosexuality are two different things.
