Does Uninsured motor vehicle, cover hit and run? ?
I currently have insurance with state farm and i did choose the "uninsured motor vehicle-property damage" coverage.
Today when i was driving my car, a motorcycle failed to stop at an intersection and hit the driver side rear tire area which punched a hole in the tire and caused some scratches on the driver door. He then drove off without even talking to me. I called police and showed them the dash cam footage which clearly shows that he had a stop sign but failed to stop.
I am in CALIFORNIA. It looks like i definetly need a new tire and i don't know how bad the scratches are but i just bought this car like 2 weeks ago and was very pretty in excellent condition before these scratches occured so i I definetly wanna fix that. I will have to wait until i see a mechanic tommrow to see what can be done about the scratches but i know a new tire cost about maybe $200?
Will my uninsured motor vehicle property damage cover this hit and run without me having to pay my collision deductible.

You pay the collision deductible. Costs above that will be covered by insurance. You should have understood that BEFORE you started driving.
. I am thinking "HE MUSTA HAD ONE BIG BIKE" if he drove away and you are left crying.
. The car is 2 weeks old, so the tires are at least that old if not older. Get a used tire(most tire shops have tires from other cars that were taken off but still have a good portion of the tread left and use it as the spare tire and use the spare tire as the new tire. Some spares sit in the trunk for 20 years and never get used. They still got the "nibs" on the tread.

Why do you keep asking the same question over and over?
Look at the answers from the other 3 times you asked this same question

No. Hit & run damage is covered by Collision, not Uninsured Motorist.
Can you prove the other vehicle was not insured? Then you can't claim under Uninsured Motorist coverage. That's why hit & run is only covered by Collision, no exceptions. And yes there is a deductible, even in CALIFORNIA. I like abusing my CAPS key too.

Yes, it's covered by your Uninsured/Underinsured coverage. My policy still requires that I pay the deductible.

A hit and run accident will be covered by your Collision coverage, so you will have to pay your deductible. If your insurance company finds the guy who hit you, and they manage to recover their money from him, they will refund your deductible. However, it's highly unlikely that that will happen.

You'll probably have to pay the deductible. Uninsured / uninsured motorist coverage doesn't usually pay that unless you were parked and not moving, which isn't the case. Sorry.

You don't have to pay anywhere near "maybe $200" for a tire. You can find tires in California for about $50 depending on what size you need.
For the scratches, don't go to a mechanic. Go to a detailing shop.
