Pimm's isn't gin. Gordon's and Tanqueray are both London dry gins with not heavy aromatics so they are pretty similar. Tanquerey does have more flavor though. It's all personal taste - so neither is better.
Personally I'm not a dry gin fan. I like the crazy locally distilled gins that have a ton of botanicals. Tanquerey has like 4, something like Amass (made in Los Angeles) has 40!
