Just saw Tucker Carlson tell everyone it's a crime to have another person's tax returns. After commercial he had Obama's returns on screen?

Obama released his for the public to see. It is a federal crime to release or share ones tax's info without their consent.  That is why it keeps getting bounced around in the courts.

I didn't see the story, but I'd ask this - did Obama release his returns and does that make them available for public display?
