    No, but there are a lot of them there.  It's cheaper.  This is the consequences of California constantly squeezing businesses and raising the cost of living in California.  It's not just the actors and producers and crew...those people create all kinds of secondary jobs.

    No. Filming has started but of course they had to go through quarantine and specific restrictions...
