I lost alot of weight and my stomach is flat but it sticks out under the belly button. is there a way to make it completely flat?

leg lifts ! laying on your back, hands under buttocks, from resting position, lift-spread wide, close legs, then lower = 1, then repeat, but stop when it begins to hurt....just practice that for a month and you should feel stronger, and the belly should be a bit smaller......

You can start by continuing your eating plan that enabled you to lose the weight as well as a daily exercise program that includes some ab/core work.
