if ownership doesn't let the front office do anything this winter, it will take another 5 years. rizzo could be gone. lester is a free agent. KB has one year left and scott boras as his agent. we'll see if they can sign baez.
we didn't even really win the division. without the 13-3 start to the year, we'd finish around or under .500 and might have missed the playoffs. it's more the cardinals lost the division than the cubs won it.
it'll be an interesting off season thats for sure.
