What bug is this? (Pictures shown)?

There's tons of these things in my room and the kitchen, we've tried roach pills and they took some bites out of them but didn't go away. I've seen one carrying a pouch looking thing that looked like a roach egg. Some have wings and some don't, I'm not sure if that's a difference between the sexes or something.. Is there a good way to get rid of them?

Those look like German c-ckroaches to me.

The ones without wings are juveniles.

Get something like Ortho Max Defense.  Find the cracks where those guys are coming in from, spray the cracks, then seal up the cracks.  I'm lazy so I used duct tape.

Get "boric acid" roach killer and apply to the sides of rooms at floor level.

Or you could have your house tented.

Or you could call a professional exterminator, and he will spray the cracks and seal them.

Unlikely scenario:  Infest your house with house centipedes.  They'll kill off the c-ckroaches, but then your house will be infested with house centipedes.

Those would be German cockroaches. Infestations tend to be serious. You need a professional exterminator.
