Veterinarians: What kind of RFID reader can my friend use to pick up a microchip implant under his skin?

This guy I know thinks he has been microchipped but doesn't know how it was done to him without his knowledge or permission. He suspects it was implanted in him when he had a operation of some sort.

What kind of device is out there that he can buy for himself to check to see if he does, even if it's deep inside his body?

He says he can't go to his doctor because he doesn't believe him.

Anonymous how do you know he has a mental problem without investigating the possibilities that he has one? Could it be because your brainwashed? I'd think yes. You should look into things before you jump to conclusions about something obviously that you know nothing about.

Update 3:

He said he worked for the US military and he believes that they are experimenting on him.

    Make friends with a veterinatian..  Ask the vet to scan him.

    He would need a professional, expensive device.  I'm sure his Psychiatrist can provide a source.

     I HATE IT when my friends have problems like this and force me to post for them.
