If Biden wins should we spend $32 million to see if he colluded with China? Then if that fails, impeach him?

Well if China engaged in a massive clandestine operation to elect Biden and if Biden was soft on China in exchange, including providing China with political cover by denying their involvement in said operation, then yeah. 

Trump got investigated for possibly colluding with Russia because he made it seem plausible that he colluded with Russia.  We had a documented Russian military intelligence operation to influence the election in Trump's favor and at the same time we had Trump lavishing effusive praise on Putin, in conspicuous contrast to how he handles all other world leaders.    When the news about Russia interfering in the election broke, Trump didn't condemn it.  In fact, just the opposite.  He publicly called on Russia to commit espionage against his rival and then release the results for his political benefits.  He also helped Russia in their attack on the American election by consistently denying that they were behind it, or that they would even support his candidacy. 

That's why Trump got investigated: because there was an active Russian operation designed to benefit him and because he seemed to welcome that interference.  He didn't make things any better for himself during his presidency when he consistently took Russia's side against America. 

So if there were a Chinese influence operation to try and benefit Biden and if Biden were consistently, and bizarrely, soft on China, even going to the extent of encouraging their espionage and giving them political cover for their activities, then yeah, he should be investigated. 

It sounds like someone is still in denial.
