Call a doctor, the only thing I can think of that would cause this is a tapeworm.

Anotehr could be pinworm. A pinworm is small, white, and about the size of a staple. They usually look like white threads and are also called threadworms. Pinworms typically live in the lower part of the gut and lay eggs on the skin around the anus. This can cause discomfort and itching

Lastly, Undigested food. A common source of white specks in the stool is undigested food. Sometimes foods that are difficult to digest — like quinoa, nuts, seeds, high-fiber vegetables, and corn — can actually move through the digestive tract without fully digesting. This can cause small white flecks in the stool. You are seeing eggs larvae or segments from the tapeworm.  Don't delay, it's important.
