NO the liquidity of the core does coupled with the speed of the revolutions of the planet itself around it does plus lunar mass gravitational effects and solar particle emissions which increase the heat of the core itself to some degree...

Absolutely, the earth has a pole running through it from the north to the south. The earth rotates around the pole. The Oil deposits grease the pole. if we run out of oil the rotation will stop. earthquakes happen when one or more of the bearings get dry and shudder.
This is why we are ceasing the taking of the oil and switching to electric power world wide.
It is all part of global change.
The earth is too hot in the middle to use Teflon bearings.

The oil in the engine of a car simply prevents the metal parts from seizing up, it is not fundamental to setting those parts in motion.

A raw egg stops rotating much quicker than a hard-boiled egg.
((liquid slows rotation))

I don't doubt that there may be some, but they will all be locked up in a secure institution.

total nonsense.
oil in a car is needed to lubricate parts moving against each other. The earth has no such parts.

Sure, the swivel the Earth turns around needs to be lubed every now and then ^_*
