Is it possible to upload to YouTube while encoding video?
If I want to encode a mkv video, can I upload the incomplete file to YouTube while the encoder is encoding the video?
And the YouTube video will be complete after the encoder is done encoding?

In theory, that might work, but you'd have to know that the encode would finish before the upload. And I can't imagine any situation in which you'd be in that much of a time crunch to get something uploaded, but not care enough about the quality to make sure the encode went correctly.
