Should I travel to central and Eastern Europe summer 2021 or 2022?

I wanna go to Portugal, hungary, Ukraine and Russia. None of those countries currently are open to Canadians. I know corona isn’t going away any time soon.. but idk if  things will change by next summer. And I sure as hell don’t wanna catch it when I travel. I wanna be able to mingle with a lot of people and stay in hotels and hostels. Not sure if those will be available next summer.

    At this point it would be better to target 2022 given the uncertainty cause by the pandemic.

    Crystal-ball questions are not allowed here

    Nobody knows which countries will open up when, nor whether Covid-19 will be eradicated
