What makes acid stronger and what makes acid corrosive?

Examplel

 HCl  weak corrosive but strong acid

FH strong corrosive but weak acid

    Strong acids have readily (easily) ionizable Hydrogen.

    HCl -- the H is very easily ionized when it is dissolved in water.  nearly 100% of H in a sample of HCl is ionized...  it is usually assumed to be 100% ionized.

    HF --  the H is NOT easily ionized .. Most of the H stays attached to the F and HF molecules and do not ionize.

    Sorry but I've never heard a definition of a corrosive acid ... I suggest that you google it.
