Is there any way to record a Skype for business meeting?

I have to attend virtual meetings on Skype almost every working day. Does anyone know how to record these sessions effectively?

    The built-in recording option of Skype will cause lagging and you won't be able to chat properly. At the start, Skype will keep on recording the video session very well, but the real trouble starts when the session prolongs. If you are trying to record a video session longer than 5 minutes, you'll have to use third-party software solutions like ScreenRec. This won't cause the system to lag at all.

    Once you're in a meeting, press the ... (More Options) button and choose Start Recording. This only works if you're a presenter, and everyone in the meeting is notified that a recording has started.
