Can a person be shy and confident?

I mean, here I am though... but in all seriousness, the shyness comes out when you don’t feel comfortable with others, and your confidence reaches a high point when you’re by yourself or surrounded by a good vibe, it’s the same thing as good and bad. Every single human has both, you just tend to lean to one side once it a while 

In a small way, perhaps, but the two tend to be contradictory.
