Can I use a sample of grant writing to apply for another grant writing job?
I want to use an LOI that I wrote for another foundation as a sample of my work in order to apply for another grant writing job. Can I simply redact all references the other foundations?

Yes you can, but you shouldn't have to redact unless it's a disclosure concern, as long as it's your work should be fine.
