If Google also has a Q&A forum, then you'd need to compare the "guidelines" for each. This subcategory is for questions about how YA works and the rules here. To understand what is okay or not okay on another site, you need to check the guidelines for that site.

These are not good on YA
1. Just telling jokes
2. Any "Am I ...?" or similar questions
3. "Are you ......?" or similar questions
4. Any "your fave...." or similar questions
etc, etc
There are always exceptions and ways to ask within the rules. Make your questions the general and not the personal case. As to Google, you can ask such questions, but you will not get an answer.
