Why can I not use my email associated with my Facebook go reset my password, why does it only let me use my alternate email ?
I cannot log in to my Facebook account for some reason and when I click forgot password it only gives me the option to send my password to my alternate email, not the email associated with my account my main email, I don’t have that option

Your Likely Confused as to what Email Address you have Associated with your Account your Alternate Email is Likely the one thats Associated with your Account and the Email Address that you put in is the one that is actually your Alternate Email
