Pretty much any of the Brachypelma, Grammostola, Avicularia and Aphonopelma species.
If its docile you can hold it but you cannot play with it. I wouldn't perch a tarantula on my shoulder. It wouldn't be safe. If they fall off they could die. You also shouldn't hold them for long periods of time. It stresses them out.
