No. Those who are against the advice of scientists should be arrested for negligent manslaughter.

Not a major one. A 30% increase in youth suicides would be much fewer than the number of COVID-19 deaths without a lockdown.

I very much doubt it since the "youth" in the US don't seem to concern themselves very much with masks, social distancing, etc anyway.
The increase in suicide rates for our young is being attributed to cyber bullying and spending too much time on technology; e.g. social networks. Less socialization in person. This is in addition to the usual reasons; e.g. depression, drug use, etc.
The increase in suicide death rates have been going on for at least the past decade.

Nope. Only covid cases count to the "Panic ! We are all going to die ! Stay home ! Wear your masks !" crowd. Day drinking (and related accidents), domestic abuse, increasing homelessness, and adult suicides are not counted, either.
