Is it PMS, anxiety, or depression?
I feel irritated, angry, cranky, upset, lonely, and a little anxious. This happens to me all the time. Could this be pms, anxiety, or depression? Who would I talk to about this, my doctor or a therapist?

Talking to both your doctor and a therapist could prove helpful! The first thing you could do is keep track of when you're having these feelings. If you notice a pattern of when they happen, such as the time of the month related to your period, there are things you doctor can do to help with this. If you feel like these are constant feelings unrelated to the time of month then going to see a therapist is a great first step. A therapist can help you identify what's causing these feelings and give you strategies to help you feel better! Meditation, yoga and other forms of exercise and eating well can help boost your mood too.
