when they going to announce the winner for the 2020 Election?

IF it was known when the results could be announced, like it is normally, DON'T YOU THINK IT COULD BE? We're dealing with an unknown-unknown that's to Democrats that wanted to go hog wild with uninhibited mail-in voting and legal challenged in various states giving the OK to count votes after election day. 

So, you'll just have to deal with it just like EVERYONE ELSE WILL!

I think it would have to be a landslide one way or the other to be called before Nov. 5 or 6...

PA and NC just won court cases that will allow them to count votes three days after Election Day....that's 35 Electoral Votes that may not be awarded until Nov 6 at the earliest.  That could be one of just many complications that delay the determination of the winner.

If states like Florida and Ohio (29 and 18 Electoral Votes respectively) are decided by narrow margins, you can bet there's going to be demands for recounts and investigations.  If Trump manages to win Michigan or Wisconsin (states where Biden holds polling leads) there may be calls for recounts in those states as well.

All in all, we may be talking about 100 or more Electoral Votes (more than a third of the total needed to win) in dispute for days after Election Night.

Unfortunately, when states allowed themselves the power to mail out ballots based on registration data without enforcing the usual standards for mail-in voting, they opened the door to widespread confusion, potential abuse and close scrutiny.

Both sides will certainly take whatever legal steps are open them to dispute any questionable results.  Because of this, my guess is we will either see a landslide winner announced Nov 4 or see 2-3 weeks of state-by-state disputes...with more than one needed a court decision to conclude.

The 2000 Election wasn't officially decided until December 12 with the Bush v. Gore ruling by the Supreme Court.  I wouldn't be surprised if 2020 took about the same amount of time to put to bed.

Hard to know, but I doubt we'll know Tuesday night. I have a feeling lawsuits will fly.
