I just moved to a new neighbourhood but people are being critical of my behaviour patterns. Am I a fault?

I was in my kitchen at 2.00 pm on a work day. And people outside were critising how I was in my house in the middle of the day?

    I had that happen too. They are just nosey.  I was working at home, computer based job, everyone joked about when I would get evicted and told me to get a job.  Some people are just stupid
