For English speakers, is it possible to say all? 1. Most students have a car. 2, some students have a car. 3 A few students have a car.?

    Yes, they are all fine but don't forget in [2] to use a capital "S" for "Some".

    Like @Lili, I would use the plural "cars" but the singular "car" is not wrong.

    Some students have cars   ---> Does this mean like "there are some students and each of them has more than 2 cars?

    I prefer making "car" plural in all cases:

    Most students have cars.

    Some students have cars

    A few students have cars.

    Many people wouldn't use the plural, and in colloquial speech, that's perfectly acceptable.
