Can you change your gamertag on one xbox account and put it into a different xbox account?
Example: Let's say my gamertag is NeedHelp55 and I want to keep that gamertag but I also want to change accounts so could I change the gamertag NeedHelp55 into something else and then on the other account change the gamertag to the one I want to keep NeedHelp55? (Sorry about long read + hard to understand) Please Help!

your gamertag is tied to your email address associated with your account. you can change your email address to whichever one you want. there are articles on xbox.com on how to do that.
an account is not tied to one console. you can sign your account into multiple xbox consoles, though not at the same time only one at a time. this is where if you have a lot of digital content and play at different locations, you can sign in and start playing wherever you are.
if you want to change your gamertag, there's a fee to do that. there is no fee ONLY if when you first created your account, that you let Xbox create a gamertag for you.
