How do I make a new account when my account has been banned. (I got banned for making a new account after I got out of a short term relationship)

Someone who is 'banned' is not able to create another account to re-join the site. Just as a person 'banned' from a business, is not allowed to re-enter that business. Per the article below, Tinder does not allow banned accounts to appeal and "you won’t be able to sign up for Tinder again using your Facebook account and/or phone number."
