How do I approach her the next day or invite her in? Any suggestions?

If you're not one of those who sees "attraction" from every woman you meet you might ask her if she'd join you for a coffee someday. Most women aren't going to have sex with you unless they get to know you.

Pay her a compliment like, "what a lovely hat," thank her for the fruit and make sure she's available with, "are you travelling with someone?" If she's single then offer to escort her to local sightseeing or to share a meal. If she's NOT single, let her know her partner is a very lucky person.
