If our borders are supposedly closed. Why are there still foreigners everywhere?

    Well, the borders are closed because of the Covid-19; however, they are expected to open. Well, the foreigners are the immigrants who want to move to Australia either on a temporary or permanent basis. Also, Australia needs talented immigrants who can contribute towards the economic recovery of the economy and development of Australia.

    Because many foreigners live there. No one new comes in, but the one's who are already there stays.
