No telling, the symptoms vary widely. Either no symptoms at all, or something like the flu, or something like some other illness, because COVID-19 is known to have a wide variety of symptoms for different people.
If your doctor isn't the one who tested you, let him/her know, so that if your symptoms become very bad you can ask for medication or, if necessary, hospitalization. But very few now need the hospital.
