Did I pull a muscle?

About a month and a half ago, my right thigh started to feel extremely sore. Laying down and sleeping wouldn't help, cold compress wouldn't help. I took a 4 week break from work for family causes and thought the pain would go away. It was eased but I came back to work yesterday and it feels twice as worse as it was before. When I walk I have a huge limp because if I bend my leg at all it extremely hurts. I work for 10 hours a day 4 days a week. I only worked Monday and yesterday, and each day it gets worse. I can't walk down steps properly, I have to go one step every five seconds or so. When I lay on my stomach or side, my leg feels like there's lumps in it but when I run my hand over it, there's no lumps. It takes me about ten seconds to lever myself to sit down. I need to be constantly kneeling down at work and I can barely do that efficiently. I have to work two more days this week and I'm genuinely worried I won't be able to pull through it.

Even if you remembered injuring your leg it should have healed long ago and there's no way it should hurt that much after all this time. You need to see your doctor asap as you could have anything from a torn muscle, ligament or tendon that needs surgery, nerve damage or even cancer. It's impossible to know until you've had it looked at.
